Are you a breakfast person? This is my humble recreation of (or rather a case of “loosely inspired by”) the wonderfully lavish and rich kahvaltı, the Turkish breakfast, which helps me celebrate humpday this morning! 😎 While reading up on this, I rediscovered that I love all kinds of breakfasts, even though I don’t usually get to indulge in neatly prepared breakfasts during the workweek. I think I should have done a series on the different breakfast cultures around the world as an excuse and motivation to change that 🤔🤣 If you eat breakfast, what does it typically look like for you?
