Since Finland has the most Heavy Metal bands per capita, it seemed fitting to do an #OpenEars post for Heavy Metal music. These posts encourage listening with open ears, identifying and defying stereotypes in music, and finding connections to human beings across the globe through a shared love of music.
I love Metal, especially Groove, Folk, and Doom/Stoner Metal. My current favorites are Orphaned Land, Puta Volcano, Vodun, Jinjer, and Voice of Baceprot (none of them from Finland, I’m afraid🤣).
